Calendar & Booking

Cal.com integration

Round-robin booking, live on the call.

Connect Cal.com so Floo agents can offer real time slots, lock the appointment, and read back the confirmation while the customer is still on the line. Works with team round-robin and managed event types.

3 minutes setupAPI key authNative

Before you start

  • Cal.com account (Pro recommended for team event types)
  • At least one published event type
  • Cal.com API key (Settings, Developer)

Step 1. Create the API key

Open Cal.com, click your avatar, then Settings, then Developer. Click New API key. Name it Floo and set a sensible expiry. Copy the key. Cal.com only shows it once.

Step 2. Connect in Floo

In the Floo dashboard, open Calendars, then New. Choose Cal.com as the provider. Paste your API key and select the event type your agent should book against. Floo validates the key and pre-loads available slots.

For round-robin team event types, Floo respects the Cal.com routing rules. Sticky AE assignment can be overridden in the agent settings.

Step 3. Wire to an agent

  • Open the agent in Agents
  • Scroll to Tools and enable Calendar booking
  • Pick the Cal.com calendar you just connected
  • Save and test with the in-dashboard call simulator

What ships out of the box

  • Real time availability lookups (under 2 seconds)
  • Booking confirmation with email and SMS reminders
  • Cancellation and rescheduling from a follow up call
  • Round-robin to multiple team members

Looking for Google Calendar or Outlook? Both are available as alternative providers in the same Calendars page. Setup is OAuth not API key.

Ready to wire it up?

Connect Cal.com in your Floo workspace.

Five clicks from this page to a live integration. We do not ghost on setup. If anything trips you up, email the team and we respond in under one business day.
