How does per-minute billing work?
You're charged the tier's per-minute rate ($0.09 on Starter to $0.29 on Enterprise) for every minute of conversation. Voicemail-detected hangups under 3 seconds aren't charged. You can set a monthly hard cap per agent so a runaway campaign can never blow past your budget.
Can I bring my own LLM / STT / TTS provider?
Yes. Floo supports multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and xAI. Bring your own API keys and pay the provider directly to bypass the tier markup. The dashboard surfaces a 'Custom · $X/min' badge when you mix-and-match.
How do I pay? Do you accept INR?
Yes. Floo is built for India first. Pay in ₹ via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or in USD via Stripe (cards, ACH, wire). Workspace currency is per-workspace, so agencies can run multiple workspaces in different currencies.
How does Floo compare to Retell and Vapi on price?
Floo keeps the entry tiers aggressive while still offering premium provider stacks. Retell starts at $0.13/min with their cheapest voice; Floo starts lower with the Cartesia Sonic-3 premium voice. Floo Max is priced separately for customers who want the most advanced turn-taking and expressive voice stack.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?

What's the difference between the four tiers?
Each tier locks a curated STT + LLM + TTS stack at a fixed per-minute rate. Starter ($0.09) is Cartesia Sonic-3 with GPT-4o mini, premium voice from minute one. Pro ($0.14) swaps in ElevenLabs Flash for the most natural sound. Business ($0.19) upgrades to Claude Haiku for smarter reasoning. Enterprise ($0.29) is Claude Sonnet + ElevenLabs Multilingual, top of stack for mission-critical calls.
Can I white-label Floo for my agency?
Yes. On Business and Enterprise tiers you get a white-label dashboard with your brand, your domain, and your billing. One agency contract can resell to unlimited clients.
