    Head to flooai.com/sign-in and create an account with email or Google. New workspaces drop straight into the onboarding wizard - it asks about your use case so we can preload the right template.

    Pick a use case + template

    Choose what your agent should do - receptionist, sales qualifier, support triage, appointment booker, debt collector, survey, or build-from-blank. Each preset comes with a tuned system prompt, the right voice tier, and sample knowledge.

    • • Templates are starting points - you can fully edit them after.
    • • Pick “Build from blank” if you know what you want.

    Customize the prompt (or let AI do it)

    Tweak the agent's name, greeting, and system prompt. Stuck on copy? Click the Generate with AI button - describe your business in one sentence and we'll draft a prompt that follows our voice-AI best practices (short sentences, asks one question at a time, confirms before booking, never invents facts).

    Pro tip:The shorter and more specific your prompt, the better the agent sounds. Aim for <300 words.

    Try it, browser test or buy a number

    Hit Test in browser for a free, in-page voice call with your agent. When you're happy, click Buy a number to attach a real phone number (powered by Twilio) and start taking real calls.
