Calendars
Setting up calendars
Use calendars when your AI employee needs to book real meetings. Floo checks availability, creates the event on the connected calendar, and sends the prospect the native Google or Microsoft invite.
The simple setup path
One connection can be reused across multiple agents and booking links.
Step 1
Connect your calendar account
Open Calendars and click Connect Google Calendar or Connect Microsoft Calendar. Sign in with the calendar account that should own the meeting.
Step 2
Assign it to the agent
Open the voice agent that should book meetings. In its calendar settings, choose the connected account and the calendar where new events should be created.
Step 3
Share the booking link if needed
Each booking calendar gets a public link. Share it on a landing page, website, email, or campaign when you want prospects to book without speaking to the agent.
Step 4
Let Floo send the invite
When the agent or booking link captures a prospect email, Floo adds that email as an attendee. The prospect receives the normal calendar invite from Google or Microsoft.
What Floo protects for you
No double booking
Floo checks the connected calendar before creating the event.
Correct sender
The invite comes from the customer's connected calendar, not a Floo calendar.
Right email
Voice agents must confirm the prospect email before using it for a booking invite.
Quick example
A dental clinic creates an inbound receptionist agent. The clinic connects the front-desk Google Calendar, assigns it to the agent, and shares the booking link on its website. When a patient calls and asks for a whitening consultation, the agent captures the patient's email, confirms it clearly, books the slot, and the patient receives a normal Google Calendar invite.
